Class Types


Hot Yoga

An all levels hot yoga class that is accessible to everyone. Expect a slower flow in this restorative class that allows your mind and body to relax while holding gentle postures for longer periods of time. Naturally detoxifying and stress relieving, perfect for those recovering from injury, wanting to increase flexibility, or just needing some self care time.


Power Yoga

An advanced yoga class around 95-100 degrees.This class incorporates movement with breathe while guiding you through higher intensity postures. Expect to challenge yourself physically and mentally in this high paced workout.


Bikram Yoga

This is our hottest yoga class, reaching up to 105 degrees. Bikram Yoga is a sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. It is specifically designed to work the entire body, using the heat to stretch deeper, prevent injury and flush unwanted toxins.


Hot Barre

Utilizing trx handle bars in a heated room, this class will develop core strength, cardio and flexibility with a continuous flow of total body movements. With a focus on legs and butt this intensive class fuses elements of ballet, pilates, trx fitness, and yoga.  


Hot Pilates

Using Pilates principles, Inferno Hot Pilates is a challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity workout. It is performed on a yoga mat in a room heated to 95-100 degrees. Hot Pilates strengthens muscles and burns fat.
