Class Types

 

 

Calm Yoga

A  warm, restorative class that allows your mind and body to relax while holding gentle postures for longer periods of time. Naturally detoxifying and stress relieving, perfect for those recovering from injury, wanting to increase flexibility, or just needing some self care time.

 

Hot Yoga

An all levels hot yoga class that is accessible to everyone. Expect a slower flow, longer holds and a heat of about 95-100 degrees.

 

Power Yoga

This class is also heated, but only to about 90-95 degrees.This class incorporates movement with breathe while guiding you through higher intensity postures. Expect to challenge yourself physically and mentally in this high paced workout.

 

Bikram Yoga

This is our hottest yoga classes reaching up to 105 degrees. Bikram Yoga is a sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. It is specifically designed to work the entire body, using the heat to stretch deeper, prevent injury and flush unwanted toxins.

 

TRX Fitness

Expect a great cardio and muscle workout in this ungeated class while holding onto two handles that hang from the ceiling. TRX stands for Total Resistance eXercise and was developed by the Navy Seals. This class builds strength, cardio and flexibility with a continuous flow of total body movements
